Job Description

We are currently seeking applications from four qualified Early Childhood Educators to join our team. Opportunities are available for both a full-time (38 hours per week) and a part-time role (0.6FTE), in addition to two maternity leave cover positions.

About Northern Schools Early Years

The Northern Schools Early Years (NSEY) is an Early Years Management group that supports 19 Early Childhood services, 17 of which are co-located on school sites. We are proud to have been previous winners in the Department of Education’s Victorian Early Years Awards for Improving Access and Participation in Early Learning and the Ministers Award for our Kindergarten to Grade 6 (K-6) model “Continuing of Learning” which continues to be our focus working in partnership with our schools and communities.

Our purpose is to “Love a Life of Learning and Living,” and we aim to set the highest standard of early years education in partnership with local schools and the community. We are committed to maximising outcomes for children in the early years, encouraging opportunities for families to be involved in their child’s early education and promoting professional career support, development and well-being for our educators. 

The Opportunity - Glenroy Hub Children's Centre

We are seeking to employ experienced Early Childhood Educators to deliver quality education and care at our Glenroy Hub Children’s Centre.  The Children’s Centre teamwork in collaboration with other Hub partners to ensure that children and families benefit from the full range of opportunities within this innovative and exciting facility – such as library programs, community events, the community garden, health services, and much more. The Hub demonstrates a strong commitment to environmental sustainability, which is evident in all aspects – from the world-leading sustainable design of the building through to the practices of our teams and programs for children and families.  You could be part of a passionate team, supporting the best outcomes for children and families in our community.
